Your delivery cost will be calculated on the total weight of the cartons you have ordered and your distance from our London premises. If you want to know how much delivery costs for a specific item, you can preview the estimated delivery cost by adding the desired quantity to your shopping cart, then clicking the "estimate shipping" button in the shopping cart page. If you then do not wish to purchase the item, simply delete it from your shopping cart. The estimate shipping feature will use the address/addresses provided by yourself during the sign up process. You can add up to five addresses using the "my account" feature, accessible from the navigation bar at the top of the screen when you log in. You can supply a delivery address different to your billing address providing the billing address matches the registered address of your credit/debit card. This option will be available during the final stage of the checkout process. Your goods will usually be delivered to you, the next working day after they are dispatched although this may not always be possible. Same day dispatch is only available for items ordered before 12pm on working days, otherwise the items will be dispatched on the next working day. While we endeavor to release items as quickly as possible, we regret that we cannot guarantee that they will always be dispatched on the same or next working day. |
